Join the Grassroots Network

There is strength in numbers. Because FTD does not affect as many people as cancer or Alzheimer’s, it is especially important that we come together to amplify each individual voice.

AFTD’s Grassroots Advocacy Network offers a way to join your voice with others concerned about adequate funding of research, the availability of quality care and the particular needs of FTD caregivers.

Here’s how to get involved.

To join the grassroots network register with AFTD (see the Register box to the right) and after entering your email address be sure to select  the “grassroots network” option on the following page. 

Contact your Regional Coordinator to connect with others on a more local level to shape the awareness of FTD and the resources around you.  Tell your coordinator if there are particular opportunities for advocacy in your area.
